Born from an inspired collaboration with our friends at Brasserie Avant-Garde, IPA has become one of our most explosive creations in flavor. Bold, vibrant… and today, crowned with Gold.
🥈 Silver – Maple & Fleur de Sel 60 %
A staple since the very beginning of Qantu, this bar reflects our deep love story between Peru and Canada. Sweetened with 40 % of our Quebec maple sugar and a touch of Maras fleur de sel, it creates a delicate bridge between two cultures close to our hearts.
🥉 Bronze – Chaska 70 % & Morropón 70 %
Chaska 70 %, from Elfi’s home region, is one of the most floral and juicy bars in our collection. It evokes the aromas and flavors of wild blueberries from Lac Saint-Jean (without actually containing them).
Morropón 70 %, meanwhile, remains a legend: on the global podium since 2017, it enchants Morropón lovers from all corners of the world with the magic of white cacao. Fruity like plums, round, intense… chic!
