The cocoa beans are rigorously selected, roasted in small quantities, winnowed to remove the husk and then ground into cocoa nibs.
Cocoa nibs are our raw material for making chocolate, they are ground for a few days in our stone mill with sugar to become chocolate.
Our cocoa nibs are freshly ground each week. It has a beautiful shiny brown-red color in addition to having very pronounced aromas and flavors.
You can add the nibs in your cereal bowls to add a chocolate flavor, on your oatmeal cookies, to give crispiness to your vegetable or fruit salads, in short you can use it like nuts.
