Sea buckthorn and dark chocolate nougatine

One of the greatest delights created at Qantu.  The nougatine is crunchy, slightly tangy and coated with 65% dark chocolate, origin Puerta Pulache - Piura, Peru.
A little ray of sunshine to warm us during the winter that is coming!
